I'm happy to help today so you can run a report that shows your employee's email addresses.

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) gives us reports that show a snapshot of your business. There are dozens of reports that tell you about different aspects of your business.  Since we want to view the employee's email addresses, then we need to run the Employee Directory report. It also displays your employee's work location, phone number, birth date, and home address.

 

To view this report, here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Type Employee Directory in the Find report by name section and click on it. 

 

This will give the information that you need to view.
