Looking for DE9C report

Thank you for joining the Community, @smile6. I'd be happy to help and show you how to find and print the DE 9C report in QuickBooks Online.

We can run the Payroll Tax and Wage Summary report. This will provide you a snapshot of your employee's taxable wages. It also shows the taxes withheld from those wages.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. In the Find report by name field, search for the Payroll Tax and Wage Summary report.
   
   
3. Choose a Date Range from the drop-down.
4. You can run a report per location by selecting a specific location from the Work Location drop-down. 
5. Click Run Report.
6. To print the report, click the Share drop-down menu and select Export to Excel. 
   
   
7. Open the Excel file and then go to the File menu and choose the Print tab. 
   
   

In case, you'll need to pull up the DE 9C form, simply proceed to the Payroll Tax Center. Please see the screenshot below for your reference.
