Which QB Desktop year version do you have?

This is not what we want you to feel, Gofor. Let me provide some steps to revert your data from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.

Here's how:

  1. Download and install QuickBooks Desktop on your computer.
  2. Open QuickBooks Desktop.
  3. Go to File and select Close Company. Leave QuickBooks Desktop open while you complete the rest of the steps.

To learn more about these steps, refer to this article on how to move your QuickBooks data: Move your QuickBooks Online data to QuickBooks Desktop.

Once done, you'll have to cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial so you won't be charged for upcoming bills.

Moreover, check this article to find out how your books will move from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop: Learn how features and data move from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.

If you have other questions about reverting your data from QBO to QBDT, don't hesitate to reply in the comment section. We're always here to assist you all the way. Keep safe.
