Many of our attachments are gone. those remaining will not sort by date. What's up?

Hello there, @csantini.

 

I've checked our records here and found out an open investigation (INV-46617) about this issue. Rest assured, this has been raised to our banking engineers to know the root cause of this unexpected behavior.

 

For now, I suggest reaching our Customer Support Team so they can add your contact details to the list of affected users.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu, then click Contact Us at the bottom.
  2. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  3. Choose to Get a callback.
