Marketing Lead Management

I have a marketing person who is seeking a method to track leads.  She is tracking touch-points.  She wants to track last contact date, method (phone or in-person), and preferably a next contact generator.  She won't access sales forms, win projects, deal with billing.  This is basically a touch-point tracking system need.

I understand the importance of tracking leads in QuickBooks Online (QBO), SBillingsleyDFCG. I'm here to share insights.

 

At this time, the option to track leads in QBO is unavailable. QBO does offer the support of thousands of various third-party applications for any functionality you may need. To see if there's an app that can help you accomplish this, head to the Intuit App Center. You can also go to your Apps menu to check which app works best for you.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Apps menu from your left navigation pane.
  2. Enter a keyword in the Search field.
  3. Select and open the app. You can read reviews or feedback from other users to help you decide further.
