May I know how to obtain the lastest SOC report for 2023? I have found the SOC report from your website but only covered the period July 2021 to April 2022. Thanks.

We don't have an estimated time when this will be updated, but it will be updated soon. You can obtain such a report using this article: Intuit Compliance.

 

You can also reach out to our Customer Support for QuickBooks Online (QBO) to have the said report. 

 

Follow the steps below on how to contact them:

 

  1. Go to Help.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.

Thanks for getting back here, @dongyan-qudian-c. I understand the urgency of obtaining the SOC 1 report in QuickBooks Online.

 

The Intuit Online Payroll Service undergoes an annual control environment audit in compliance with SSAE18 guidelines, resulting in a SOC2 report. Not to worry, you can contact our designated team to acquire a copy of SOC1.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose Search.
  2. Click the Contact Us button and enter your concern.
  3. Press Continue.
