Merchant Services Principal Name Change
The Principal Account owner on the merchant services account we use has left the company. We are trying to figure out how to get it updated or if we need to create a new account. So far I have not been able to find any helpful information online nor been able to reach a support person who can provide direction.
This is impacting our ability to solve payment issues as we often get told we cannot get helped unless the former employee is the one asking. Any help or direction is appreciated.
