Miserable experience
I cannot express my disgust with QB and their customer service anymore than posting this. Not one person that I speak to knows anything. Not one. Wasting life with waiting is the worse thing you can do to a customer. I just learned that the software engineers are not smart enough to set a system up where you list a Bank Transaction to a project that it does not automatically populate in the project section. So you apparently have to go into the Project sections and re do it. So what is the point to giving me the option to identify the bank transaction as part of a project if it does not link to that project? I wish I was smart enough to be a software engineer. Instead I am gods cruel joke of being the moron who can't his books done correctly.
