Missing Customer on Commissions Report

We generate a specialized commissions report twice a month. I have noticed that I have one customer missing from the report and we cannot determine why. The customer will show up on the standard "Customer by Rep Summary" but not in our report which subtotals invoices by rep. Do you know why?

We haven't received any reported cases similar to what you're having. To isolate this, let's run the QuickBooks Tools Hub. This helps fix common issues in QBDT, such as missing names, items, or accounts.

 

Before we proceed, make sure that you QBDT is close to use the tool hub. Here's how:

 

  1. Run the QuickBooks File Doctor from the QuickBooks Tools Hub.
  2. After you use the tool, follow the instructions you see in the tool.
