It isn't the kind of experience that we want you to come across, bob176.

There are times that an issue like this occurs when the system encounters browser-traffic concerns. That said, you can run some steps to isolate this matter.

You can use a private window. It is the best place to identify any browser-related concerns. I've added these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

If it works, you can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected matter on the opened pages.

You can also switch to a different browser like  Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as alternatives.

I've also added this article on how Audit log works in QuickBooks: Use the audit log in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to leave a Reply on how these steps work on your end. I've got you!

Hi Adrian,

Thank you for your helpful response.  I think I just found the issue, and apparently it was either operator error (mine), or perhaps may have been a setting rest with a recent software update.  It appears that when I hit "clear filter" in the audit log, the software still would not show the entire audit log until I actually went into the filter, changed some settings, and then hit "clear filter" again, at least that is how I can best describe what I did that finally allows me to browse the entire log.

At any rate I can see the entire log now, thank you again.
