Hello,

 

when I turn on multicurrency, I receive following message: 

  • Some features may no longer be available

 

Can anyone tell me what kind of features will be not available?

I can provide information about how the Multicurrency feature works in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Once you turn on Multicurrency, it allows you to pay and get paid in the foreign currencies of customers, vendors, or bank accounts that don't use your home currency. Before using it, there are things that you need to check. These are the following:

 

  • Once Multicurrency is on, you can no longer turn it off because the currency conversion information will have to be accounted for in the system moving forward. 
  • If you connect QuickBooks Commerce with QuickBooks Online, multicurrency won’t work.
  • Turning on multicurrency will inactivate the cash flow planner in QuickBooks Online.
