Multiple Ecommerce Channels

I use simply start and it only allows one eCommerce channel. I need two but the next upgraded version would be too much in cost to make it worth me adding the second eCommerce channel that I want to add. I currently have Amazon connected and would like to add eBay. Is it possible to pay a smaller additional charge to simply get the ability to add another channel?

Hello there, @SalingAdventure. I'll share some details about adding another e-commerce channel in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

I understand the benefit, of having an additional e-commerce channel in your company file however, you'll need to upgrade to another version.

Although, you can look for a third-party app connector for the second e-commerce channel that integrates with QBO in our QuickBooks App Store.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to QuickBooks Online App Store.
  2. If you don't know what specific app you're looking for, go to the search bar and type in the keyword or the transaction you're going to do for your business.
  3. Then click on the magnifying glass icon to search and browse for any suggested apps.

 

If you want to learn more about the app, including contact details and support information, you can click on the app that provides services that are relevant to your business. Any questions about the integrated app in your Online account should be directed to the app's third-party provider.
