Multiple users for QB 2017 Desktop

Considering upgrading to Desktop 2017 Pro version. If I purchase 2 users, can both users access QB simultaneously from different job sites? If so, where should the data file be stored?

When I clicked on the link I was told this page does not exist.  Where can I find information about using quickbooks desktop pro 2017 with 2 users in 2 different locations?  Thanks.
