My 1099-NECs all have our old address listed. I have checked my company settings, and all 3 of my addresses are the same. Why is the old one appearing on these forms?

Thanks for stopping by the Community. Let’s see what we can do about getting your 1099-NEC’s address corrected. When you start the 1099 wizard:

• Payroll
• Contractors
• Prepare 1099’s
• Continue 1099’s

The next screen is to review your company info. Is the address correct here? This is where the address populates from, correct it here if needed and you’ll be good to go.

If, for some reason, this doesn’t correct the address, let me know. I’ll keep an eye out for your reply and we can work through the next steps.
