My account is associated with way to many QB accounts. I would like to start over but not sure how.

Hi @fbennett , if you need to start over, you could create new account in different email then export import your data to new qbo account https://quickbooks.grsm.io/US or https://quickbooks.grsm.io/us-promo . And for migrating your data, please see https://transactionpro.grsm.io/qbo . Or another alternative is manage user  in your qbo account.  Comment back, cheers.

You can manage multiple QBO accounts with the same email address. When you started over one QBO account, there is nothing to do with other accounts.
