My account was previously a Canadian account and now I'm seeing that I'm apart of the US service, and all my previous info is wiped. Can I please get some help?

What do you mean with "wiped"? It is possible you have canceled a QBSE CA account more than a year ago. When you were opening a new QBSE US or QBSE CA, the data was not migrate automatically despite you have registered with the same email address.
