My accountant created some custom reports.... they do not show up under my profile...can i change this?

The first thing is the location where the custom report was created. If it isn't in your QuickBooks Online company, you can contact your accountant and have him create it for you. 

Another reason why you don't have it is that it wasn't saved. If that's the case, you can contact your accountant so he can create it for you. Ensure that he saves the custom report this time.
