My accountant moved QB back to me and i paid for the subscription billing. How do i delete her as a user and myself as the primary? i tried and it won't let me

Hi Julia,

 

You can ask your accountant to make you the Primary admin. Then, you can remove them as a user of the account. If they're not able to do it due to some conflicts, you can send us a request to be the primary admin or contact. We should also see on our side that the accountant moved the billing to you.
