My amounts in transaction column are incorrect. Many are showing an additional thousand(s) of dollars to the correct amount, which is driving my profits into a six figure range. How do I correct this.

I'm happy to help you figure out why your transactions column amounts are incorrect. First, I'd like to as a few questions to gain some insight into what's happening.

• Do you have any old transactions that haven't been matched to your bank transactions?
• Are you running a specific report that shows these transactions?
• Can you provide a screenshot?

By providing more info and a screenshot, I can help you determine what's going on with your amounts and give the steps to fix it. 

In the meantime, you can edit your transactions in the Transaction tab by clicking the drop-down arrow and changing the transaction name, add notes, attach a receipt, or change the category. I also suggest opening QuickBooks Self-Employed in a private browser where your web data isn't collected. If the program works better here, you'll want to clear your cache and cookies to prevent web browser-related issues.
