My banking activity is missing a week in the middle of July. I've updated repeatedly but that week of activity just won't show up. Has anyone else had this happen?

I'll share some information about downloading bank transactions. As per checking, we don't have a similar case reported. However, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Support to have this issue reported. A ticket will be provided, so you'll be notified.
