My boss says he can't log into qb if I'm logged in. We have different login credentials. Is that right?

Welcome, and thanks for reaching out to the Community. I can share information about logging in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

QBO allows two or more users to work simultaneously at the same time. The only fault will be if the users edit the same existing transaction at the same time. Also, each user may need to refresh to see immediate entries by others.

 

May I know if your boss is getting an error message? In the meantime, he/she can log in to your account using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources (cache and cookies), causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

If successful, he/she may return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
