My charity is based in the US but my bookkeeper is in Australia. When I send the invite, she is asked for a phone but it will not accept her Australian phone. What to do?

Since your company is United States-based and the bookkeeper is in Australia, you'll want to create a new QuickBooks Online Accountant account and then use a different email address and your mobile. This way, when providing the newly created account to your bookkeeper, she can modify the details, add her phone number and start managing your books.
