Does this mean I have more than one login? How do I get that information? How do I talk with a person?

I'm here to share some information about QBO subscription fees, userusaluxurylimo.

We can review the charge in your billing history to know where it's coming from and why. I'll show you how:

  1. Sign in to your QBO account.
  2. Click the Gear icon, then choose Account and settings.
  3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab, then review the information in each section.
  4. Select View payment history to show the bills for the last 6 months.

To learn more about subscription rates and charges, check out this article: How to understand your subscription rates and charges. If you still have questions about the charges, please reach out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tools to look into your account and check the full description of the charges. Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Go to the Help icon.
  2. Select Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "Talk to a human" again in the search bar.
  4. Choose I still need a human, then click Contact us.
  5. Select Get a callback or Send a message to start a conversation.

In addition, here's an article that you can read to help update your payment details and change your subscription level: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online. Feel free to visit our Manage Your Account page for more insights about managing your Intuit account.
