My client has qbo and sent me the link 'lets go', signing in your screen defaults to standard sign on, every selection starts a qbo 30 day trial. How do I get to my clients account? thank you

If you've already accepted the invitation, you can access your clients account inside your QuickBooks Online Accountant's account. Here's how:

1. Log in to your QBOA account.
2. Click the drop-down list for Go to QuickBooks, then select the client's account.

If the client's has not added you as an accountant, provide the steps in this article to send an invitation: Invite or remove an accountant.
