My CPA is AWOL and now i cant get into QBO

If I am not an admin of the account myself (I'm a business partner that has some access level, but not full admin), what recourse do I have to get our financial data so we can do our taxes and bookkeeping.  The account was part of a wholesale account, apparently, so I can't even update the payment method to reinstate it.

 

What happens if the CPA dies or something?  Is there a legal way to gain power of attorney over the account?

Can you sign in as a Company Admin? Your accountant must access it as the Primary Admin.

The only option that seems to be available is to contact the CPA.  I keep getting redirected to the same page no matter how I log in...

 

Is there a separate URL for admins that I could try?  I can't even click the gear icon or anything and the account is on hold since he apparently stopped making payments.
