My credit card payments are not being listed on the Transaction Report. Why?

Hello, @rwstewartphd1.

 

There are possible reasons why your credit card payments are not listed or showing in your QuickBooks. First, maybe it was not uploaded or added to your QuickBooks. Second, your bank account is not up to date. 

 

We recommend updating your bank manually to view your current transactions.

 

Here’s how.

 

  1. Go to Banking.
  2. Select the Update button.
  3. Click Update Now.
