Question

My daughter set up the account from her phone in Utah for me to use on my laptop. How can I move the subscription to my laptop so that I can upgrade the subscription?

I have tried doing it from my phone, my computer and it still doesn't work. I live in Nebraska and she is in Utah

Once you successfully logged in, below are the steps to upgrade your subscription:

 

  1. Next, navigate to the Settings icon and select Account and settings.
  2. Then, go to the Billing & subscription tab.
  3. Ensure that your payment info is up-to-date.
  4. Then, go to the QuickBooks Online section and click Upgrade your plan.
  5. From there, review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
  6. Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
