Question

My desktop version will not let me log in. When I click on saved password and username it automatically send me to a “problem repeatedly occurred” page Any suggestions?

Hello hhpropertymainte,

 

I can only think of three possible reasons why we we encounter this error when using the QBO Desktop app. It could be:

  • the app is not updated.
  • the app is damaged.
  • the cache is piled up on your app's storage.

Make sure to keep the app updated to the latest version and clear the cache. This would make the app works at it's optimum capacity. You can use this link for reference: QuickBooks App for Windows and Mac - General support.

 

If the same thing happens, you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
