Question

My employee can't log in to post his hours. how can I send him a new invite? send invite will not work since he is already linked.

 Hi there, @ofir-zohardevelo. I'm happy to help your employee get logged in to post his hours. 

 

Before we begin, I wanted to clarify if you're referring to QuickBooks Time or Online? It sounds like you might be using QuickBooks Time. If this is the case, there could be a couple of things going on here, but the most common reason for employee login issues is that they did not update their account during a recent security update from Intuit. 

 

Since it looks like you've already tried resending the invite, please have your employee log into accounts.intuit.com. Let me know if they can get signed in. This will give me some lead way on what we can do next.

 

If the employee has received any errors, etc., please share screenshots if you can.
