My husband and I are both self employed. Is it possible to track expenses for both of our businesses in one QB account, or do we both need our own subscription?

QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) is for one company file. One QBSE account is equivalent to one self-employed business/job and will generate one Schedule C category.

 

With that being said, your husband needs a different subscription to track his expenses as well. You can browse this website and subscribe to the other business: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/self-employed/.
