How to switch from iPhone to android

I can share insights into why your data is gone when you access your account on an Android device, heathharper.

QuickBooks automatically syncs your data across devices once signed in with the same account. Ensure the account you've logged in on an Android device is the same account you used on your iPhone.

However, if you've confirmed that the account credentials you used to access on an Android device are correct, I recommend performing some troubleshooting steps:

  1. Change the Wi-Fi data connection on your device to 4G (this varies by device).
  2. Close and restart the app.
  3. Power down and restart your device.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

For more detailed info about fixing app-related issues, please refer to this article: Fix common errors in the QuickBooks Online mobile app for Android.

Furthermore, you can utilize this article to classify bank transactions in the QB App: Categorize bank transactions on your Android device.

It's my pleasure to assist with any other concerns regarding QB App data when switching to another device. Take care.
