My QBO says my trial has ended but my subscription is paid through Sept 20. My banking information is correct, but it won't connect and update

There's a newly opened investigation with this issue right now. The case code is INV-41545 where users are prompt to subscribe now with their currently active account. I recommend contacting our Customer Care Technical Support. There they have the tools to check your account and attach your account to the investigation.

 

That way, you will receive a notification via email when our engineering team has fixed the issue.

  1. Go to Help and then click Contact Us.
  2. Please enter your query, then hit Let's talk.
  3. Choose Start messaging/Get a callback.
