My quickbooks account says my free subscription ends April 30, but I was supposed to get a free year of QB from using TurboTax this year. Will it automatically renew?

Hello, ftlech. 

 

I have some details about your current subscription. 

 

It will be cancelled after April 30th. Since you're supposed to get a year's worth of subscription for free, make sure you're using the same credentials when you signed up for the bundle. 

 

If you already have an existing TurboTax account and haven't used the bundle, you'll want to contact our support. They can check your account securely and help you activate the free subscription. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to your existing Self-Employed account.
  2. Click Assistant at the top.
  3. On the chat box, type “Talk to a human.”
  4. Select your preferred contact method.
