My quickbooks app is not working when I sign in it gets me there, but stalls forever and does not upload. I uploaded from a browser and takes me to account settings

The account settings just gives me billing and pricing options My account is valid and the paid history shows it is unto date

If you're referring to the QuickBooks Online Desktop App, please note that this has been discontinued. This means there'll be no software updates nor bug fixes and may lead to errors. I recommend using your browser moving forward by signing in at qbo.intuit.com.

 

For our QuickBooks Online Mobile App, please make sure it's up-to-date. You may update it through your App Store or Play Store. We can also clear the cache to fix issues by clicking Refresh Data from the Settings.

 

If you're having issues in using a browser, It could be that accumulated temporary internet files are the root cause. Open an incognito window and check it from there.

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

Sometimes, we all just need to clear the cache and update the browser to fix unusual behavior in QuickBooks Online.
