I’m here to help you, @hfletcher-triump.

Incorrect date period is the most common reason why there's missing information on the reports. You’ll want to make sure dates are set up correctly.

If everything is set and the same things happen, you can perform some troubleshooting steps to resolve this. The online platform uses the browser’s cache to run faster. However, these can sometimes become corrupted, which affects the platform's functionalities.

First, try to open your QuickBooks Online account using an incognito or private window for testing. Here are the keyboard shortcuts for quick navigation:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Once logged in, please check your sales if it’s showing in your report. If yes, you’ll want to clear your regular browser’s cache. This will delete all saved data files from your browser and refresh the system. You can also use other supported browsers except for Internet Explorer as an alternative.

I’ve attached this reference to learn more about using Sales Tax Liability report in QuickBooks: Check how much sales tax you owe. It includes steps on how to add a tax adjustment, file a tax return and record your tax payment in the program.

Keep me in the loop if you need further assistance with managing your reports. I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Always take care!
