Question

My self employed app has locked me out. says try again in 15 min but when I do it repeats message. I reset password, reinstalled the app twice, same thing happens.

It looks like you've already done a lot of things to resolve this, hargett_industri.

 

The username and password are case sensitive. You'll have to make sure that you're using the same email address and password you used when you signed up for your account. 

 

However, if you're still getting the same error message, I suggest contacting our support team so they can help you verify what's happening to your account. They have the tools to pull up your account in a secure environment.

 

You'll have to use a browser so you can click the question mark icon on the right part to get for the phone number. I've attached a screenshot for your guide.
