My subscription renewal discount expired

My discount subscription expired yesterday yet I was expecting auto renewal with the discount. Advise how to ave the discount reapplied to my account !

I know how important having lesser fees for the subscription to help run the business. Allow me to provide clarification about how it works for QuickBooks Online users.

 

We provide a discount (for three months) when you sign up for a new account for QuickBooks Online. You can see the offer during the process of purchasing a subscription.
 

Once it expires, the ability to reapply the promo isn't possible. If you want to have a discount again, the only option is to sign up using a new email address.
