To contact support:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Click on Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Enter your concern, then hit Let's talk.
  4. Tap on Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us (Callback, Chat, Etc.).

By choosing one of the contact options I've included above (Callback, Chat, Etc.), you can connect with support with no hold times. If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please let me know. I'll be here every step of the way.
