My trial ended and it’s not letting me subscribe. Logged in to online at signed up for simple start. Now I have 2 accounts

I need help subscribing after trial

Hello, blackcatkitchens. 

 

When users encounter unexpected behavior like unable to resubscribe while working in QuickBooks Online, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix the issue. It could be that the accumulated cache is the root cause of the error. To rule this out, lets open your QuickBooks using a private or incognito window. Check out the shortcut keys below:

 

  • For Firefox or Microsoft Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • For Safari, press Command + Shift + N.

 

If it's works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache to delete the stored junk files. You can switch to other supported browsers to further isolate the issue. Then, cancel the simple start.
