I'm here to help you pull up the Profit & Loss report that you need, @useralgrimm.

You can customize the date range of the Profit and Loss by Month report. This way, you can generate the information per month for October, November, and December 2019. In doing this, just select your desired date from the Report period section.

However, if you're unable to customize the date range, I recommended accessing your account using a private browser. Doing so helps isolate the issue. There are times that your default browser is filled with data and temporary files from previously visited websites, which may result in unexpected issues.

You can use the keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Firefox: Ctrl+Shift+
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

Once you've opened a private browser, try to add it again to your invoice. If it works, to ensure this doesn't happen again, it's a good idea to clear the cache of the browser you're using or trying other supported browsers

However, if you're trying to have all the information for these months in one report, you can export the report to Excel to achieve your goal.

Here's how:

  1. Click on Reports at the left pane.
  2. Look for Profit and Loss by Month Report.
  3. Select the date of the report.
  4. Press on Run Report.
  5. Hit on Export to Excel
