Need help reporting fraudulent activity on my quickbooks card, but it looks like Quickbooks doesn't have people working on the weekends. Any suggestions?

Your security is our top priority, charley0667.

 

Being able to reach out to our QuickBooks Support Team is possible during our office hours. This is from Mondays-Fridays 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT. I'd suggest contacting them during these hours.

 

In the meantime, I encourage reporting the fraudulent activity to our Intuit Security by following these steps:

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://security.intuit.com/.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Look for Report a fake email (or phishing email) and click on it.

 

In case you receive Intuit email you aren't sure about, please see our security notices for details of suspicious emails reported by other customers.

As my colleague mentioned above, you can report any fraudulent activity to our Intuit Security team.

 

However, if any changes, etc., have been made to your account, I encourage you to contact our Support Team as soon as possible. This way, an agent can review your account in a secure environment and investigate this matter further. You can contact our team by using the link I've included below.
