Once you've finalized everything, you can start converting your file. Here's the flow that you can follow:

1. Log into QuickBooks Online and prepare file for export.
2. Download QuickBooks Desktop and the migration tool.
3. Select your data in QuickBooks Online for export.
4. Run the QuickBooks Desktop migration tool.
5. Verify your info exported correctly.
6. Cancel QuickBooks Online if you no longer want to use program.
