NEED PASSWORD RESET, PROGRAM WILL NOT ACCEPT THE ONE I AM USING

Hello, @C-MADDEN.

 

You can use the Automate Password Reset tool to reset your QuickBooks account. Let's first make sure that your QuickBooks software is updated to the latest version. If you can't remember your user ID and/or password?, you can choose the Forgot your Password? or Forgot your User ID? option to retrieve your credentials.

 

Here's how:

  1. Open your QuickBooks company file.
  2. Click I forgot my user ID or password link.
  3. Enter your registered email, phone number, or user ID.
  4. Type the code you receive.
  5. Your User ID will reflect. Then, reset your password.
