Hi @marineservice247,

 

I'll share the steps on how you can add a user access in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). The option to add another user is unavailable in QBSE. You can only invite an accountant. This way, they can access your file and accounting information. Let me guide you how to do this.

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Go to the Profile or Gear icon.
  3. Select Accountant.
  4. In the Invite your accountant field, enter accountant's email address.
  5. Click Send invitation.

 

 

 

 

Once done, they'll just need to accept the email invitation to be able to access the account.
