Need to change the email address for subscription payment notifications. The Help Document from a year ago (2022) appears outdated. Any ideas?

Let me provide information on how to update your email address for subscription payment notifications in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Currently, we no longer have the option to manually change the email address for the incoming payment notifications of your QuickBooks subscription for security purposes. However, you can update this information by contacting our QuickBooks Online Support Experts so they can do it on their end. They have the tool to view your account and make necessary changes to your information.

Here's how:

1. On your QBO account, select Help (?).
2. Click the Search tab to get started:
3. Select Contact Us.
4. Enter the topic of your concern.
5. Select Continue.
6. Choose either Chat, Appointment, or Callback.
