Need to find expenses that were not properly assigned to correct Account, Project and/or Class. Is there one Report that will have all three?

Yes, Transaction Detail by Account.  Class has its own column for quick scanning.

Because Projects show as Subcustomers under "Name," suggest Sales by Customer Detail, because any transactions to a customer that should also be assigned to a project will be listed first.
