I'd be pleased to help you look up your reports for 2019, @anesthesiastaffi.

You can select a custom date for all the reports in QuickBooks Online. All you have to do is to pull up your desired report and enter the report period. This process can be done in just a few clicks.

I'll guide you how:

  1. Click on Reports at the left pane.
  2. Look for the report that you want to pull up in the search box.
  3. From the Report period section, select the date.
  4. Hit on Run report

On the other hand, know that you can always look for your old transactions in QBO by utilizing the Audit Log feature. This area keeps track of your activities, where you can see who made changes to your books and what they did. This way, you can verify if there are steps that you've missed during the setup.

To do that:

  1. Go to Settings ⚙.
  2. Select Audit Log.
  3. Select Filter.
  4. Use the fields on the Filter panel to choose the appropriate UserDate, or Events filter to narrow the results.
  5. Select Apply

To guide you in navigating the audit log feature, please see this article: Learn what the audit log can do and how to use it to keep an audit trail.

Should you have any questions, please post a comment, and I'll be happy to help. Wishing you all the best.
