Need to remove accountant but there is no edit under action

I have new accountant and I need to remove the old one but there is nothing under manage useres action

I'll share some tips to help you enable the remove option in the action column, Chrisos.

 

First, make sure you log in as the Primary Admin of the account to process your request to remove an accountant user, then proceed to remove the accountant.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a Primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Manage Users.
  3. Select the Accountants or Accounting Firms tab.
  4. Find the accountant you want to remove.
  5. From the Action column.
  6. Select Delete.

If the current accountant were set as the lead accountant, you can't immediately remove them. You must first appoint a new lead before removing the existing accountant.
