Negative payroll liability balance

Its showing up on the balance sheet as a negative amount. please help im getting nowhere with anyone i talk to

If a balance is displaying a negative amount in the Payroll Liability, possible that you may have a credit/refund that hasn't been entered. To resolve this, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They're able to pull up your account in a secure environment, conduct screen-sharing sessions, and help you enter the credit/refund.

 

To reach them, click the ? Help button at the top-right corner and select Contact Us to talk with a live agent. Ensure to review their support hours to know when agents are available.
