I want to ensure this is taken care of, @goldvein58.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the filter option depends on the subscription you have. If you're using QBO Simple Start, filtering the report isn't possible.

 

You can use the filter option using QBO Essentials, Plus, and Advanced. If you wish to upgrade your subscription, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary or company admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and then Account and settings.
  3. Select the Billing & subscription tab.
  4. Make sure your payment info is up to date.
  5. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan.
  6. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
  7. Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
